Dhanusha , Oct 16 : Chief Minister of Madhes Province, Saroj Kumar Yadav, today inspected and took stock of the affairs of and service delivery by the Province Public Health Laboratory. He had a direct conversation with service-seekers about the service delivered by the laboratory.
Acting on complaints that service seekers had to wait in a line for a long time as there was only one counter to settle transactions, he directed the laboratory director Dr Shrawan Mishra to resolve the counter-related problems.
“Make a prompt service delivery by bringing accuracy and consistence in service,” he instructed Dr Mishra. The laboratory operating with the investment of the provincial government has been providing lab services at an affordable rate and examining hundreds of patients on a daily basis.
