Aashish kumar mandal ,Matihani Municipality (Mahottari) : The formal worship of Bhuiya Baba, the family deity of the Musahar community, was completed today in Matihani Municipality (Mahottari), Ward No. 4, Majhora. This worship is held once every five years.
On this special occasion, Matihani Municipality Mayor Hari Prasad Mandal participated in the worship ceremony, making a significant contribution to the community’s religious faith. As a symbol of Bhuiya Baba, two children, Rohan and Rabi, around 6 years old, were presented during the ceremony. They were bathed in hot milk, which added further religious and cultural significance to the worship.
This worship has strengthened the religious beliefs and cultural traditions of the Musahar community.
