Matihani (Mahottari): The Sushila Thakur Memorial Health Foundation has distributed blankets to the extremely poor, senior citizens, and widows affected by the cold in Matihani Municipality.
The blanket distribution program was inaugurated by the Honorable Member of Parliament of Mahottari Constituency No. 3 and National President of LSP Nepal, Mr. Mahantha Thakur.
The President of Sushila Thakur Memorial Health Foundation, Mr. Minakshi Thakur, said that blankets were distributed to about 200 extremely poor, senior citizens, and widows affected by the cold in Matihani Municipality.
The blanket distribution program was attended by the Honorable Minister of Education and Culture of Madhesh Pradesh, Shri Rani Sharma, MP Rupa Yadav, Senior Vice President of LSP Umakant Jha, Central Member Shri Ram Kumar Mandal, Municipal President Shyam Kumar Mandal, Ward Presidents of Ward No. 6 and 8 respectively Shri Kalim Ansari and Shri Ritesh Sah, Vice President of Mahottari Federation of Industries Ajay Sah and other dignitaries.
