Palpa, Jan 2 : Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali on Saturday defended that the incumbent government’s recent announcement to go for a fresh mandate was not a regressive move. Rights of the citizens would be secured by conducting elections in the coming Nepali month of Baisekh, he said at a training session for frontline cadres of Nepal Communist Party, Palpa. Stating that the government has not only made strategic plans, but also done minor works related to the grassroots people, he dismissed allegations made against the government that it did nothing as false.(RSS)
