Janakpur, May 28 : District Police of Dhanusha personnel seized local liquor named ‘Dilwale’ ,worth about 1.1 million rupees ,and the truck which was used for transporting the alcohol.
Acting on a tip-off , police nabbed the illegal alcohol from Machhabazaar located in Janakpur-4 when alcohol was being stacked up in warehouse of Maheshwor Mandal’s home. Along with the truck with registration number Na. 2 KHA 8279 police seized alcohol from the spot .However, truck driver managed to escape from the spot . Further investigation has been conducted for the following case and pursuit of the escaped driver.
